How plans, cancelling and refunds work.

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard. Every change opens a confirmation with the terms to accept before anything is charged.
What happens when I cancel?
It takes two clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your key carries on working on the free plan.
Do you give refunds?
Not for a part-used period. A double charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is returned, and a prolonged outage extends your plan by the time lost. Where the law gives you more, the law wins.
How does annual billing work?
You pay ten months’ price for twelve months, on any paid plan.
Is the free key real data?
Yes. It reads the same live rows as every paid plan, held to a delayed window. There is no demo data anywhere.
Do I get a new key when I upgrade?
No. You have one key, issued when you sign up, and it follows your plan the moment it changes.
